Carletta Diggs has a PhD in Education Leadership, Master Degree in Organizational Management, a BA in Early Childhood Development, AA in Early Childhood Development, She is a Retired Kindergarten Teacher, Formal Owner of Kiddie Kollege Academy. She is known for her love for helping children and people in need in her community, and trying to help motivate others to achieve their dreams.

Air Writers Owner started in 2020 to present – of which I write Fictional, Non-Fiction and am a motivational speaker. I have been a speaker at Consumnes River College to help Family Daycare Providers get businesses started. I also have spoken for the Walk to Emmaus Community on several occasions where I encouraged Christians who were going through trails that they could overcome just don’t give up.
Former Achievements.
Former Owner of Kiddie Kollege Academy daycare that served Sacramento area for over 20 years where I taught children from 6 weeks to twelve years old as well as train staff in Early Childhood Curriculum.
Former Emergency Foster Care Provider for 5 years in Sacramento County CA. Took in children that were taken from parents and needed a place to go short term.
Former CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Los Angeles County. Helped to be eyes and ears for the court and advocate for foster children.
Former Home School teacher for Visions in Education Charter School for student from First Grade through Third Grade. Was responsible for planning lessons grading test and maintaining school records.
Former Elder of Christian Education/ Director of Educational Programs for First Presbyterian Church of Santa Clara.
Former Christian Education Coordinator for Living Waters Church Santa Clara CA.
Skills of having a Doctorate in Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration allowed me to be able teach and coordinate programs for children and adults to help educational institutions be able to run more professionally to ensure all could achieve all their dreams.
